Experience a wonderful and unique yoga session on the farm, in our renovated barn. The natural setting lends itself to a beautiful practice in the fresh autumn air. All levels are welcome. Please bring a mat (or two if you like more cushioning.) Lori will guide you through a thorough 1.5 hr practice that will have options so everyone can go at their own pace and level.
Following the session there will be a farm-to-table lunch expertly prepared using fresh local ingredients from the farm and surrounding area. After lunch there will be a guided walk of the forested hills here on the farm. Lori joined us last fall for two events and everyone had such a wonderful time, we're so glad to have her back. The yoga session will be led in English.
Itinerary for Sunday, September 24
11:30 - 1pm Yoga Session in the barn
1-2:30 pm Farm to table lunch
2:30-3:30 pm Forest hike
Feel free to explore the farm or area before the session. We should have apples available for u-pick in the orchard.
-- Chili made with cubed beef, farm-fresh tomatoes and veggies
-- Cheese, sour cream and focaccia bread served alongside
-- Farm salsa and corn chips
-- Dessert is a chocolate brownie with crème fraîche

-Appropriate clothing. It will be the end of September and the barn is not heated, so dress for the weather.
-A yoga mat (or two if you like more cushioning).
-Good shoes or boots for the tour. We will be walking around the farm and hiking into the forest.

Lori Meyers has a Human Kinetics Degree, a Natural Movement Certification, is an NCCP coach in both Alpine and Nordic skiing, is a dryland swim specialist and is trained in and taught many forms of Yoga and Pilates throughout the last 30 years.
