Fried rice

Vegetables and some soy sauce bring savoury flavours to our vegetarian fried rice. It's great either as a side dish or it can be served as a meal on its own. 

Ingredients: Rice, vegetables, eggs, soy sauce, vegetable stock, spices, vegetable oil.

Packaging and preparation: Frozen in 16 oz. portions in vacuum packed bags. Each order contains 2-3 adult servings. Leave it to thaw in the vacuum pack in the fridge or in a bowl of cool water if you want to eat sooner. Reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave, and serve.
