Sweet and spicy pork ribs

These pork ribs are a great centerpiece for your meal. They have been marinated and slow smoked to perfection in our smoker. Our ribs are sweet and spicy, but not too much - the flavour of the meat still comes through.

These ribs are fully cooked and then vacuum sealed and frozen in one pound packs. Thaw, then reheat as you wish (in the microwave or the oven). Add your favorite vegetables or other side dishes and enjoy!
