Beef broccoli stir fry

We make a savoury beef and broccoli stir fry dish with a tasty Asian inspired sauce. Pair it with rice or rice noodles (not included) for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients: Ferme L'eau du ruisseau grass-fed beef, broccoli, onions, garlic, corn starch, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, chicken stock.

Packaging and preparation: Frozen in 16 oz. portions in vacuum packed bags. Each order contains 2-3 adult servings. Leave it to thaw in the vacuum pack in the fridge or in a bowl of cool water if you want to eat sooner. Reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave, and serve.
