Egg rolls - pork
Our tasty egg rolls combine all the textures and flavours that one wants in an egg roll, from the pork, shredded cabbage, and just the right blend of ginger, garlic, and spices. They make for a great appetizer, especially when paired with our other Asian flavoured meals.
Ingredients: Pork, cabbage, onions, chicken broth, garlic, ginger, spices, egg roll wrappers (wheat flour, eggs)
Packaging and preparation: Frozen in vacuum packed bags of 4 rolls each. Leave them to thaw in the vacuum pack in the fridge or in a bowl of cool water if you want to eat sooner. For most crisp, re-fry for a few minutes in oil on the stove top, for medium crispiness, reheat in the oven at 350 degrees until centres are warm, for least crisp (which we don't recommend) you could put them in the microwave.
