Mixed cuts - grass-fed beef
We prepare for you a mix of beef cuts that is roughly proportional to what comes from an entire beef steer. If you've ever purchased or wanted to purchase a quarter, half or whole beef, it would look something like these combinations. This is a great choice if you like to cook a lot of different styles or recipes, or if you want to discover new favorites. Our mixes are:
- 40% ground beef
- 30% slow cooking cuts (e.g., roasts, stew cubes, osso buco, short ribs)
- 30% steaks (including both premium and value steaks)
