Experience a wonderful and unique yoga and fitness session on the farm in the big beautiful hayloft of our barn. Get "pumpkin 'd" up for the fall and Halloween.  Yes there will be pumpkins involved in enjoying the farm to its fullest this fall. Dressing up is an option too of course. The natural setting lends itself to an invigorating and beautiful session. All levels are welcome. Lori will guide you in a through a 1.5 hours of a fun fall fitness circuit  that will have options so everyone can go at their own pace and level.  Bales of fun are on the menu plus a delicious farm-to-table lunch.  Food is grown and expertly prepared by Chef Paul from the farm.  It will be served directly after the barn session. Finally, you’ll take a guided tour of the farm and a hike up a forested hill near the farmstead. The yoga and fitness session will be led in English. 

Itinerary for Sunday, October 30

11:30 - 1pm Yoga Session in the barn
1-2:30 pm Field-to-fork lunch 
2:30-3:30 pm Forest hike

Use your morning to explore the area or just show up for the start of the session. If you would like to walk, jog or bike in the morning, the Veloroute des Draveurs starts right at the end of our driveway.

Lunch menu

-- Borcht consommé with sour cream
-- Smoked chicken mousse served over a wilted spinach salad
-- Pulled beef in a red wine demiglaze served inside a ring of puréed potato, carrot, and onion
-- Fresh pumpkin pie with maple syrup
Vegetarian option will include substitutions for the meats

Please bring:

-Appropriate clothing. It is the end of October and the barn is not heated, so dress for the weather. 
-A yoga mat (or two if you like more cushioning).
-Good shoes or boots for the tour. We will be walking around the farm and hiking into the forest.


Lori Meyers has a Human Kinetics Degree, a Natural Movement Certification, is an NCCP coach in both Alpine and Nordic skiing, is a dryland swim specialist  and is trained in and taught many forms of Yoga and Pilates throughout the last 30 years.
