We make a lot of ready-to-eat foods in our farm kitchen. Most of our cooking starts with the foods grown right on the farm, whether that be our grass-fed beef, fruits from the orchard, or veggies out of the greenhouse.
Our specialty has become our meats. Paul (co-owner and our chef) works magic in the kitchen, making a whole range, from sausages and meat-centric food dishes. Many of these are put through our big smoker, allowing the meats to cook slowly and imparting them with a pleasant hint of smokiness.
