Below you can find the raw meats that we produce on our farm. The sausages we make in our farm kitchen. All the rest of our meats are packaged directly at the local butchers that we bring our animals to. Our cattle are raised well and our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of two weeks, all of which brings out depths of flavour and tenderness that you don't get from industrial meat production.
