We keep busy in our farmhouse kitchen making great prepared foods for you. We do things the old fashioned way, using classic recipes and natural ingredients. Whenever possible, we source ingredients from our own farm and the local farm community.
All of our smoked meats (including smoked sausages, bacon, ham, ribs, and salami) are cooked in our big smoker. We can do batches of around 40 pounds at a time, cooking slowly with wood chips smouldering to impart that tasty smokiness.
