Our big fall beef special is on now! Stock up for all your winter needs. Our grass-fed beef is of the highest quality, and has absolutely excellent flavour. This promotion gives you a total discount of 20% off of our normal retail prices.

Our mixed boxes include:

• 35% ground beef
• 35% slow cooking cuts (e.g., roasts, stew cubes, osso buco, short ribs)
• 30% steaks (including both premium and value steaks)

These proportions are what you would be getting back from the butcher if you purchased a whole, half, or quarter beef directly from any farm. All of our beef is vacuum packed and frozen. Most of the meat is in approximately one pound packages, with roasts being the only much larger cut at 3 to 4 pounds each.
