Italian meatballs in marinara sauce
Enjoy Ferme L'eau du ruisseau's take on a classic recipe. We make our meatballs from scratch, starting with our grass-fed beef. We cook them in the oven before adding our homemade marinara sauce.
Ingredients: Meatballs - L'eau du ruisseau ground beef, pork, bread crumbs, eggs, spices and herbs. Marinara sauce - tomatoes, garlic, onion, olive oil, spices.
Packaging and preparation. The meatballs and sauce are frozen in 16 oz. vacuum packed bags. Each order contains 2-3 typical adult servings. Leave it to thaw in the vacuum pack in the fridge or in a bowl of cool water on the counter. Reheat meatballs on the stovetop or in the microwave. Serve and enjoy.
