Value steaks: grass-fed beef
Not every meal calls for filet mignon or a t-bone. If you love steaks but also want to stay on budget, these steaks are a great choice. We carry inside and outside round, and sirloin tip steaks. These are good on the barbecue, take marinades or rubs well, or they can be sliced for such dishes as stir fries or fajitas. We find that these steaks are similar in taste, texture and tenderness, so we group them together for simplicity. However, please let us know if you'd like to request one cut in particular.
