Beef Curry

Our shredded beef curry brings a wonderful blend of flavours and a bit of spiciness into your home. We start with our great grass-fed beef roasts. They are seasoned, seared, and then braised for hours until the meat is 'melt-in-your-mouth' tender. After this the meat is shredded and a mix of sautéed savoury vegetables and coconut milk is added. The final touch is raisins, which adds texture and a bit of sweetness to off-set the curry powder. 

Ingredients: Ferme L'eau du ruisseau beef roasts, onions, carrots, celery, raisins, coconut milk, herbs and spices. 

Packaging and preparation. The curry is frozen in 16 oz. vacuum packed bags. Each order contains 2-3 adult servings. Leave it to thaw in the vacuum pack in the fridge or in a bowl of cool water if you want to eat sooner. Reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave, and serve.
