Italian meatballs in marinara sauce

Enjoy Ferme L'eau du ruisseau's take on a classic recipe. We make our meatballs from scratch, starting with our grass-fed beef. We cook them in the oven before adding our homemade marinara sauce. Served with linguine.

Ingredients: Meatballs - L'eau du ruisseau ground beef, spices, baking powder, olive oil. Marinara sauce - tomatoes, garlic, onion, olive oil, spices. Pasta - wheat, water.

Packaging and preparation. The meatballs are frozen in 16 oz. vacuum packed bags. Pasta is in a separate vacuum pack. Each order contains 2-3 typical adult servings. Leave it to thaw in the vacuum pack in the fridge or in a bowl of cool water on the counter. Reheat meatballs on the stovetop or in the microwave. Drop noodles into boiling water for just long enough to heat them up and separate them, then strain water. Serve and enjoy.
