All steak lovers know that the T-bone steak is a great cut. These steaks have an incredibly tender piece of tenderloin on one side and a very nice larger piece of striploin on the other. These two pieces of beef are separated by the iconic t-shaped bone between them. We cut our t-bones to 1" thick, which allow you to easily cook them to the desired doneness. This makes our t-bones weigh 1.5 pounds, vacuum sealed and frozen until they get to you.
